Here you can withdraw from a purchase online. Enter your name, the order and your email address and click “Confirm withdrawal”. You’ll receive a confirmation of receipt by email straight away. You don’t need to give a reason.
The order number (e.g. MIA-ABC123-26) is in your order confirmation. If you don’t have it, the order date is enough.
We’ll send the confirmation of receipt to this address.
