Every piece is crocheted by hand after you order. Making it takes about 2 to 4 weeks depending on the product – the exact time is shown on each product page. If you pay by bank transfer, work starts once your payment has arrived. Your piece is then sent with DHL: usually 1–2 working days within Germany, a little longer abroad depending on the country.
Germany: €8.00 – free for orders of €150.00 or more
EU countries: €17.00
Switzerland and the United Kingdom: €22.00
Rest of Europe: €25.00
Rest of the world: €29.00
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on your country. Your country isn’t listed? Message us and we’ll find a way.
Not within the EU. For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, the United Kingdom, the USA), customs duties and import taxes may apply. They are not included in the price and are collected by the carrier on delivery.
With PayPal – including credit or debit card – or by bank transfer. If you choose bank transfer, you’ll see our bank details right after ordering and also receive them by email.
Clothing and swimwear pages have a size chart (XS to XL) with bust, waist and hip measurements. Because every piece is made for you, you can also add wishes when ordering. Not sure? Send us your measurements.
Yes. With a custom order you choose the product, material and colour, or describe your own idea. Mia then gets back to you with a quote. You only confirm and pay once everything is right for you.
Please hand wash crocheted pieces in cold water only (max. 30 °C) with a mild detergent – use wool detergent for wool and mohair. Don’t wring: gently press the water out in a towel and dry flat so the piece keeps its shape. Please don’t tumble dry.
Bags are best spot cleaned with a damp cloth. Rinse bikinis in fresh water after swimming and dry them in the shade. Questions about your yarn? Message us.
You can withdraw from purchases of shop pieces within 14 days of receipt; return shipping is at your expense. Pieces made to your personal specifications (custom orders) are excluded. All details are in the withdrawal policy.
