This English version is provided for convenience only. The German version is the legally binding one.
These terms and conditions, in the version valid at the time of ordering, apply to all orders placed via this online shop. Seller: Nina Plankensteiner, Gottschedstr. 20, 13357 Berlin, Germany.
The presentation of products in the shop is not a legally binding offer. By clicking the “Buy now” button, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email (order confirmation).
For custom pieces, you receive a personal quote by email in response to your request. The contract is concluded when you accept this quote using the “Accept quote with obligation to pay” button. The quote is valid for 14 days.
All prices are final prices in euros. As a small business under § 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is charged and therefore none is shown.
Shipping per order (sent with DHL): Germany €8.00 – free for orders of €150.00 or more; EU countries €17.00; Switzerland and the United Kingdom €22.00; rest of Europe €25.00; rest of the world €29.00. Shipping costs are also shown during checkout.
For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. They are not included in the price and are paid by the customer.
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer or PayPal (payment by credit or debit card is also possible via PayPal). If you pay by bank transfer, we start making your piece once the amount has arrived in our account.
Every piece is made by hand after you order. Making it takes 2–4 weeks depending on the product; the exact time is shown on the product page or in the quote. It starts on the day after the contract is concluded if you pay with PayPal, or on the day after your payment arrives if you pay by bank transfer. Shipping time with DHL is added (usually 1–2 working days within Germany).
The goods remain our property until paid in full.
Consumers have a right of withdrawal as set out in our withdrawal policy. It does not apply to individually made goods (§ 312g (2) no. 1 BGB).
The statutory warranty rights apply. As every piece is made by hand, small variations in stitches, measurements and shade are possible; they are not a defect.
We store the contract text. We send you the order details, these terms and the withdrawal policy by email with the order confirmation. The contract language is German.
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
